Q1 : How can I use products packaged in the cylinder container?
A1 : No bulb is shipped with the cylinder container. You need to purchase a bulb separately. Please refer to Gas Cylinders to see how to set up the cylinder container.

Q2 : Can I obtain a Certificate of Analysis online?
A2 : Yes. To request Certificates of Analysis please visit our home page on the website (lower right corner) and enter in TCI catalog number (1 letter followed by 4 digits) and on the second line enter in the lot number. If it is in our system it will be available to print immediately. If it is not in our system, we will request the data from our parent company and send you the Certificate of Analysis shortly.
