Q1 : Where does my order ship from?
A1 : Orders processed at TCI America are typically shipped from Portland, Oregon but we also can ship directly to you from one of our international facilities.

Q2 : Can I ship my order collect?
A2 : TCI America can either ship on your collect account or prepay and add to your invoice. If you require an exact amount prior to our releasing the shipment, please be sure to enter a note to that effect on your order.

Q3 : Can I place an order from anywhere in the world?
A3 : Yes, TCI has offices world-wide. TCI America processes orders/inquiries for customers located in North, Central, and South America. Orders/inquiries from customers outside this area will be forwarded to the appropriate TCI office for processing.

Q4 : I do not have an account with TCI America; Can I still place an on-line order (eStore)?
A4 : Your business or institution must have an established customer account with TCI America in order to use the on-line ordering system, eStore. If your business or institution does not have an established customer account with TCI America, please contact the Sales Department sales@tciamerica.com. You cannot establish an account for your business or institution on-line.

Q5 : How to set up an eStore account?
A5 : Please submit Request eStore account form.

Q6 : Can I obtain MSDS' for your products on-line?
A6 : Yes, however, you must have an eStore account to access our MSDS'. Request eStore account form.

Q7 : What if I have a question about my order?
A7 : Please feel free to contact our Sales Department with any questions about your order via email (sales@tciamerica.com), phone (800-423-8616), or fax (888-520-1075). Please provide your name, account information and order number so that we can promptly address your needs.
