Nov 2006: TCI America Announces:
New Large Scale Production Facility
TCI America is proud to announce that our new large scale production facility in Portland, Oregon has been completed. Construction of the site was initiated to meet the growing domestic market demand for specialty chemicals. This new addition complements our current facilities which include three cGMP custom synthesis suites, research labs, and cGMP pilot plant with varying sized reactors. The new 20,000 square foot facility is operational and is a strategic effort to increase support for our customer’s growing demands in the specialty chemical manufacturing business. From the development stage all the way through commercialization TCI now has the facilities to meet all needs.
The equipment at the new large scale production site includes several 1,000 gallon glass lined and stainless steel reactors, a glass lined conical vacuum dryer, large peeler centrifuge filter, and more. This new addition to our production facilities will provide TCI America with a competitive advantage by increasing domestic supply and decreasing lead times. TCI remains committed to continuously provide high quality specialty chemicals with competitive pricing.
